I was delighted to participate in the Clarence City Council’s Dogs Day Out at Rosny Farm on Sunday 7 October 2018. I did a demonstration of Scratchboard as part of the event. The sun was shining and dogs and owners were out in great numbers! I was pleased to do a portrait of a black and white border collie whilst at the event (Reference photo from Pixabay). People were quite intrigued with scratchboard and expressed a desire to see dog portraits in this particular medium. It seems scratchboard might be experiencing a resurgence! My “B-Archangel!” was part of the Poochibald Exhibition held in conjunction with the event.
