Finally finished this portrait of Bentley in water soluble oils on a 20 by 25 cm stretched canvas. Undertook as part of an oil painting course with Colour Circle by the incredible Joan Humble. What an opportunity to learn from a true master! Picked up some great tips on what type of brushes to use and to not go too small too soon! Now proudly framed in a black floating frame and hanging in the study nook.
